Mom's New Piano

Mom's new (used) Kawai grand piano came today. It looks gorgeous.

Adam's Valentine

Adam was asked to the Valentine's Day dance by Shaunae Greene.

Jann had to help her affix the boutonniere.

Adam had to return her corsage, because the roses were dying. So did some friends of his. Maybe the florists think they can gyp the high school kids.

Like Laura, she had a hard time keeping her eyes open with the camera flash.

Somewhat More Sedate Skiing

Jann, Jack and I went cross country skiing Saturday, out at the grandparents' place. The weather was fine, and we saw chickens.

A small flock of grouse, awaited us by the side of the road.

Unfortunately, we scared them off..

The snow on the road was perfect. Firm enough to hold us up, but soft enough too.
