Paddling Jack

Jack has been meeting with the swim club this summer. They've had a few local swim meets, but nothing serious. He's having fun.

So, it took him a while to figure out that you have to strap your goggles on tight, or they fall off.

Here he is surfacing for his first stroke on butterfly.

He does it better than I can.

But his killer stroke is breaststroke.

This was a 50 yd race (there and back again). He's half way through his second length (in the middle lane), and the other two guys still haven't made their turns yet. Spencer Eyring, his coach, said it was a religious experience watching him.
