Hanging Canyon

Sam and Angie and Laura were here for Adam's farewell. We hiked Hanging Canyon. Always a bit punishing.

We had to hang out in the parking lot to get a spot.

Heading out. Turns out the Hidden Falls trail is closed because of a crack forming in a cliff on the trail. They just had that trail closed for a year or more for construction.

Laura and I were slower than everyone else, so we had lunch together.

Sam and Jack made it to Lake of the Crags.

Then they came back down to Jann, Angie, and Adam, just as Laura and I finally caught up.

Second lunch. Adam?

Afterwards, we met Grandpa and Suzanne at Bar J, and had a wonderful time. Sunday was Adam's farewell.
