Catching up some. I had a knee replacement last December, which killed ski season for me, and put a kink in hiking and biking. Jann, Jack and I did do a little hike in Zions, up Kolob Canyon to Double Arch Alcove It was beautiful.

It was a short hike, but my knee didn't do so great. Replacements typically take a year to heal well.
