No more home ownership for us. In preparation for building our new house, we sold to old one, and moved in to a rental. Don't yet know how long it will take to build, but when it's finished, we will have moved from our nice mature landscaped house, to a nice landscaped rental and into a nice bare lot with a house on it. Maybe we should have dug up some of our spruces from the old house and planted them on the new lot.
